Scope of Services
Grafinut offers digital services including branding, website design, development, UI/UX, and digital strategy.
Details of services will be outlined in your individual project proposal.
Any service not listed in the agreed proposal will require an additional agreement or cost.
We do not guarantee results outside the defined project scope.
User Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth collaboration, clients agree to the following:
Provide all required content, materials, and approvals in a timely manner.
Refrain from any activity that disrupts, damages, or misuses our systems or services.
Do not use Grafinut’s platform or content for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Payment Terms
To begin any project with Grafinut:
A 60% advance payment is required before the project begins.
The remaining 40% must be paid upon project completion and final approval.
Final deliverables (files, access, assets) will only be shared after full payment.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change, so we offer a flexible refund structure:
For single services (e.g., branding or website), if the project is cancelled before 30% progress, a 100% refund of the advance will be issued.
If the project is beyond 30%, we will refund 70% of the advance and retain 30% to cover time already spent.
For monthly service plans, cancellations will be calculated with a 7-day lookback window from your request date, to ensure fairness.
Copyright and Usage Restrictions
All intellectual property created by Grafinut is protected.
Clients receive usage rights only after final payment.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or resale of our work without consent is prohibited.
All website content, visuals, code, and materials remain the property of Grafinut unless otherwise agreed.
Privacy and Data Security
We respect your privacy and handle your data responsibly.
We collect only necessary data to deliver our services.
We do not sell or misuse your personal or project information.
All client data is securely stored, and long-term storage depends on your selected package.
If your storage term ends, Grafinut is not liable for expired asset storage unless extended storage has been arranged.
Limitation of Liability
We aim to deliver reliable service, but certain limitations apply:
Grafinut is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
We are not liable for delays or disruptions caused by third-party platforms or services.
We are not responsible for any issues related to client-provided content or incorrect materials.
Governing Law
All services are subject to local and international legal frameworks.
Any legal dispute must be resolved according to the laws of Malaysia or Bangladesh.
For Malaysian clients, Malaysia law will apply.
For international clients, the matter will be handled under Bangladesh’s legal system.
Both parties agree to cooperate fully with any lawful process that arises.
Termination and Indemnification
Grafinut reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if terms are violated.
We may terminate access or project work without notice if the client breaches agreement terms.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold Grafinut harmless from any claims, costs, or legal issues resulting from misuse of services or breach of contract.
